I just found out that the guild layout editor was not working in ie.
I have fixed it and it now works in both firefox and ie

Neopets guild layout editor has been created and is now fully operational.
Whats the difference between the CSS styler and guild Layout editor?
The CSS styler adds nifty things such as changing
the mouse coursor to a crosshair, font color, etc.
Also it can be used in the shop, profile, petpage and guild where as
the guild layout editor is tailored specifically for the guild.
In short, CSS Styler is for adding fancy elements.
